Mike brings over 21 years’ of experience and has managed and developed over $200 million dollars in construction projects. He has a consistent track-record of success in construction management. Mike delivers successful results in development and project management by establishing a reputation of professional integrity. He is a respected project manager utilizing smart planning, fair play, and hands-on leadership to inspire big picture vision while ensuring multiple construction projects are completed on time and within budget. He applies strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide innovative, tactical, leadership and project management.

Mike oversees direct development and construction for various types of projects including; retail centers, medical office centers, airplane hangers, family entertainment centers and amusement parks. He coordinates and manages all aspects of development from contract negotiation, FF&E procurement, land purchasing and complete building finish-outs. Mike maximizes productivity by liaising directly with owners, general contractors and city officials to facilitate weekly meetings, discussing project timelines, reviewing construction budgets, generating value engineering options and addressing project obstacles. He is a strong leader who inspires confidence and trust in others and motivates contractors to perform at high levels to consistently meet project expectations.
