John O'Connor

Vice President Operations

John brings over 30 years of successful leadership experience to the team. In his role as Vice President of Operations, John is responsible for the operations and performance of all hotels managed by Harrell Hospitality Group. He is also a member of the company's Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Harrell Hospitality Group, John held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry including most recently as the Vice President of Operations for Chicago based Arbor Lodging Management. Prior to that John was a Regional Vice President with White Lodging where he oversaw multiple Marriott, Hilton, and IHG properties and was a key team member in the development and implementation of the "White Lodging Way".

John received his B.S. in Hotel and Resort Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
