Jock Wise

Jock Wise has been involved with the principals of Seneca Investments for 20+ years, during which time he has provided finance and construction management services. His experience includes:

• Financial planning, modeling and analysis for 30+ real estate development projects with a combined value of over $500 million
• Construction management for approximately 25 projects with a combined value of over $400 million
• Property types including multifamily, office, retail, townhomes and luxury high-rise condominiums

During his career, Jock has had an array of valuable positions, including:

• Owner and operator of Zeigle Printers Inc., a commercial printing company
• Independent consultant for three bank consulting firms
• Trial support and outside expert witness for over a dozen lender liability cases
• Author of Legalese Made Simple, a business owner's complete guide to the law
• Jock studied Computer Science and Math at Bradley University, and holds a CLA in Corporation and Business Law from the Southeastern Paralegal Institute.
