Cory has 20 years of experience in the fields of project&construction management and architectural services.He oversees direct development and construction for various types of projects including retail,medical,office and industrial buildings.He coordinates and manages all aspects of due diligence,contract negotiation,construction documents,budgeting and complete building finish-outs.Cory brings a valuable and unique skill set by having experience from the planning stage through project delivery.

Cory works closely with all key stakeholders including architects,general contractors,tenants and city officials.Having managed over 600 new store projects and 1,000 remodel projects for a national retailer,he understands the need for efficient process,effective communication and high expectations.His strong leadership and hands-on approach contribute to the overall success of projects being delivered on time and within budget.Cory is a respected project manager known for his professional integrity,fairness and practical problem solving approach.
