Bruce Picker

Managing Director – CFO & Administration

Bruce is a seasoned executive with 25 years of multi-sector commercial real estate investment and operational experience particularly in the areas of finance, capital markets and investment management. His professional experience ranges from small entrepreneurial companies to a large publicly traded real estate organization.

The breadth and depth of Mr. Picker’s experience came while working in various companies and capacities of Richard E. Rainwater’s real estate ventures. Having started as the controller for his first commercial real estate investment in 1990, he was instrumental in the 1994 formation of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Assuming the role of Vice President and Treasurer at its IPO, he worked extensively in the capital markets, treasury and cash management functions of the company. He later held positions as Interim Co- CFO, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer.

Eventually Bruce established his own company focused on commercial real estate investment, advisory and consulting opportunities. During that time he further developed his skills within finance, operations and asset management having worked with small to mid-size investments.

At the beginning of 2015 he joined Rochester Real Estate to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. He spends the majority of his time focused on all aspects of finance for Rochester’s development, acquisition and operating portfolio of properties.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Harding University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
